Baikal VPS is a VPS hosting service available through a Telegram bot. Payments are processed inside the bot. No payments are processed on the website.

2. Subscription and payment

• The price and duration of the service are listed in the plans.
• After payment the user receives server access details and a short guide.
• The service does not renew automatically unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Acceptable use

The user agrees not to use the service for unlawful activity, infringement of third-party rights, or any actions that violate applicable law.

4. Liability

The service is provided «as is». We aim to provide reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

5. Refunds

Refund conditions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support.
